An Elementary School Teacher teaches elementary school students, usually children ages 5 - 11 who are in kindergarten through fifth or sixth grade, in a public or private school. Teaches all subjects, including reading, writing, math, social studies and science, to one class throughout the school year. Plans curriculum and assesses student progress, manages student behavior and communicates with school parents. May specialize in teaching music, art or physical education, or teach students that are learning English, or work with students with learning disabilities or emotional and behavioral disorders.

As a Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and fostering their love for learning. Must have a valid teacher certification inESE Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Use various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other professionals to support student development
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
- Provide individualized instruction and support to students as needed
- Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance learning outcomes
- Incorporate music therapy, speech therapy, or other specialized techniques as required
- Support the social and emotional development of students
- Provide academic advising and guidance to students
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Teacher or in a related field
- Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
