Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-time Toddler Montessori Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, stimulating environment tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers, fostering independence, curiosity, and love for learning. Your expertise in Montessori methods will inspire young children to explore and grow through hands-on activities and personalized instruction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners during their foundational years, ensuring they develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills in a supportive classroom setting. Duties Implement age-appropriate Montessori curriculum focused on individualized toddler development, including literacy, math, physical education, and social skills. Create a safe, engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence among toddlers. Conduct regular assessments of each child's developmental progress and adapt lesson plans accordingly. Foster positive behavior management strategies that promote respectful interactions and emotional regulation. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns. Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, child development milestones, and classroom routines in compliance with licensing standards. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations by practicing first aid and CPR when necessary and following mandated reporting laws for child welfare concerns. Requirements Montessori certification OR 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting. Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles, including childhood behavior management and classroom management techniques. Familiarity with Montessori educational methods and curriculum development tailored for toddlers. Certification in pediatric first aid and CPR Excellent communication skills to foster collaborative relationships with parents, colleagues, and administration.
