Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 4th Grade General Education Teacher to join our elementary school team. The ideal candidate will create a positive and engaging learning environment that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of students while delivering high-quality instruction aligned with state standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver effective instruction for 4th grade students across core academic subjects. Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. Assess student progress and maintain accurate academic records. Collaborate with school staff, families, and administration to support student success. Participate in professional development activities and staff meetings. Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive student behavior. Maintain compliance with school, district, and state educational policies.

Qualifications:

Valid Elementary K-8 New Mexico Teaching License required. Strong knowledge of elementary instructional practices and curriculum. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and families.

Schedule & Employment Details:

Full-time position.

Contracted hours:
