Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs. Communicate regularly with families about student growth and classroom activities. Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership on curriculum and student support. Manage classroom behavior using positive, developmentally appropriate strategies.
