Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for students.

Duties:

• Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum
• Provide engaging and educational activities for students
• Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Previous experience working with students in a classroom setting
• Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques
• Ability to educate and inspire students in various subjects including Math and Literacy education
• Experience in childcare, tutoring, or daycare settings is preferred
