Incorporate educational technology tools to enhance learning experiences and facilitate interactive lessons. Manage classroom behavior with positive reinforcement strategies, fostering a respectful and productive learning environment. Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and specialists to support student development, including mentoring new teachers or working with children with autism or other special needs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance data, and behavioral reports in compliance with educational regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development related to curriculum development, classroom management, and innovative teaching methodologies such as Montessori or library services integration. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children from early childhood through elementary levels is essential. Demonstrated expertise in lesson planning, curriculum development, and instructional delivery across core subjects like literacy and math. Proven ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and special education requirements. Experience using learning technology platforms for instruction and student progress monitoring is highly desirable. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, staff, and community partners. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and data analysis to support student achievement goals. Background in private school environments or Montessori education is a plus but not mandatory.
