ReGen Academy is seeking a passionate, Christ-centered Pre-K Teacher who loves children and believes that early childhood education lays the foundation for a lifetime of learning and faith. ReGen Academy 25980 FM 2090 Splendora, Texas About ReGen Academy ReGen Academy is a Christian private school serving students in a personalized learning environment that combines academic excellence, biblical truth, leadership development, and strong family partnerships. Our school operates Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 AM-2:00 PM , with Mondays designated as an Enrichment Day . First day of school is September 1, 2026.
Responsibilities The successful candidate will:
Create a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons. Integrate biblical truth naturally throughout daily instruction. Foster children's spiritual, academic, social, emotional, and physical growth. Teach foundational literacy, mathematics, science, fine motor, and social skills. Encourage creativity through art, music, movement, and hands-on learning. Maintain positive classroom management with love, consistency, and grace. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress. Collaborate with fellow teachers and school leadership. Maintain accurate attendance, lesson plans, and student records. Participate in professional development and school events. Model Christian character in speech, conduct, and relationships.
Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Texas Teacher Certification or eligibility to obtain certification (preferred). CDA, Early Childhood certification, or equivalent experience will also be considered. Experience teaching preschool or early elementary students. Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle consistent with biblical values. Agreement with ReGen Academy's Statement of Faith and educational philosophy. Ability to pass criminal background screening and meet all employment requirements.
