As our Infant program is growing, Reston Montessori is seeking a progressive and dynamic Montessori trained teacher for our Infant program in the current academic year of 2026. The ideal candidate is a hardworking teaching professional with in-depth knowledge of the Montessori philosophy and classroom experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who possesses the following qualifications:

• AMS/AMI Infant and Toddler certification
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience leading a classroom with children aged 3 months-18 months
• A warm, positive and loving attitude towards children
• The ability to develop and maintain the classroom environment
• Ability to communicate appropriately and professionally with staff and parents.
• Self-disciplined
• Demonstrates leadership skills Salary is commensurate with experience.
