Job Description Elementary Teacher Job Responsibilities:

An Elementary Teacher will accept the philosophy of Cadence Education and work as part of the teaching team to encourage a positive learning environment for all students within the center Develop lesson plans that provide everything needed to build a strong foundation for students Provide social interaction and developmentally appropriate skill-based activities to help students thrive this year and well into the future Encourage and model positive social behavior and expectations Maintain a clean, safe academically appropriate environment that provides a space for students to excel Adhere to enhanced safety measures Communicate regularly with parents Collaborate with other passionate teachers and leaders to implement an engaging, challenging and yet, developmentally appropriate curriculum

Elementary Teacher Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required, Masters degree preferred High level of flexibility and willingness to adapt to change Ability to adhere to a consistent 5 day a week schedule Demonstrated professionalism and classroom management skills Previous experience as an Elementary teacher preferred Cadence Education is an Equal Opportunity Employer #
