The minimum starting pay is $50,500/year and the maximum salary is $101,999/year
. Initial pay placement is dependent on level of formal education and years of relevant experience.

Middle School Teacher Qualifications and Expectations:
BA/BS from accredited college or university Valid Colorado teaching license endorsed in area of assignment: English Language Arts 7-12 OR a valid CO licensed endorsed in another area AND passing exam scores on the
CO PLACE
English or
PRAXIS II
exam #5038 (or #0041/5041) only OR a valid CO license endorsed in another area and 24 or more semester hours in English
