Job Description
The School of Music with locations in Avon, Strongsville and Fairview Park, has part-time and substitute teaching positions available for piano at our Avon location. Candidates must have a college or university degree in music, or currently be enrolled in such a program. Teaching hours are Mondays and Wednesdays, 3:00 - 8:30 pm. Compensation is commensurate with background training and experience. Since 2004, the School has taught over 5000 students. The administration handles all scheduling for teachers so they can focus on teaching alone. Make-up lessons are limited to 3 per year. Teachers help prepare students to play in well-organized, low-pressure recitals. For teaching/administration philosophy, please visit www.
