Role:

As the chief executive of our league, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth governance, enforcing rules, and maintaining a positive environment for players, coaches, officials, and fans. You'll oversee game schedules, handle facility setups, manage equipment inventories, and mediate disputes when needed. Your leadership will help create a fair, fun, and competitive atmosphere for all involved.

Core Responsibilities:

• Governance & Operations:

  Enforce league rules, coordinate game schedules, manage facilities, and keep track of equipment.

• Dispute Resolution:

  Mediate conflicts between players or coaches, manage disciplinary actions, and document incidents.

• Stakeholder Communication:

  Act as the key liaison between players, team owners, officials, and executive management.

Staff Management:

Recruit, train, and schedule referees, scorekeepers, and event staff to ensure seamless game day operations.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous background in sports management, athletic administration, or officiating.

Skills:

Excellent conflict resolution, organizational, and communication skills.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of sport-specific rules and best practices in recreational or professional settings.
