You've built a strong track record in admissions. You know how to engage prospective students, manage your pipeline, and achieve enrollment goals. Now you're ready to help others succeed, too. We are seeking an experienced Admissions Representative or Senior Admissions Representative ready to grow into an Associate Director of Admissions role. This is a hands-on, production-focused position: approximately 80% of the role involves managing your own recruitment and enrollment activity, with 20% dedicated to coaching representatives and supporting team leadership. You will maintain individual enrollment goals while building leadership experience alongside the Director of Admissions. What You'll Do Personal Recruitment and Enrollment — Approximately 80% Manage prospective students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry through enrollment and start. Conduct admissions interviews, understand students' educational goals, and clearly explain program options and expectations. Maintain consistent outreach and follow-up through phone, email, and text. Meet established individual activity, enrollment, and start goals. Maintain accurate records and timely follow-up in the admissions CRM. Coordinate with campus departments to help students complete required enrollment steps. Follow institutional admissions policies and represent programs accurately. Coaching and Leadership — Approximately 20% Lead by example through consistent performance, professionalism, and student service. Help onboard and mentor admissions representatives. Support call reviews, role-playing, and coaching on interviewing, follow-up, and pipeline management. Assist the Director of Admissions with team huddles, performance tracking, and identifying development opportunities. What We're Looking For At least 3 years of admissions recruitment experience, ideally 3-4 years, with responsibility for individual enrollment goals. A demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding admissions performance expectations. Strong interviewing, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills. Experience using a CRM to manage a high-volume prospective-student pipeline. Experience mentoring peers, training new hires, or serving as a senior representative or team lead is preferred. A willingness to remain personally accountable for enrollment results while developing leadership skills.

From $75,000.00 per year
