•Starting at $16.00/hour•$17.00/hour. Complimentary Fitness Center and Coral Cove Water Park membership, two Coyote Crossing Mini Golf Passes, recognition awards, and social activities.
Hours:
Part-time position (employees do not work more than 1,000 hours in a calendar year). 12-15 hours per week. Hours are Monday through Friday from 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., though availability may vary and all five weekdays are not guaranteed. Weekend availability is required. Job Responsibilities The Carol Stream Park District is looking for friendly people who will enthusiastically greet and welcome customers in person, as well as on the phone; provides high quality customer assistance and support to answer questions, respond to inquiries, as well as assist with registration needs. This individual must be able to work independently with little to no assistance and be able to work well as a team. Duties Include, but are not limited to, servicing customers, filing, collecting admission fees, registering patrons, assisting in the opening and closing of the facility, have the ability to organize and prioritize a wide range of tasks.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Cash handling and customer service experience preferred. Strong typing and data entry skills. First Aid and CPR Certification a plus. Must successfully pass a background check.
