Job Duties and Responsibilities Directs all aspects of residential management to maintain high standards of living and care. Leads staff supervision by hiring , training , and providing ongoing work direction to build a strong, capable team. Manages financial resources through careful budgeting to ensure fiscal health and program sustainability. Monitors compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations to protect the organization and the people we serve. Designs innovative program development initiatives that improve service delivery and resident outcomes. Resolves urgent situations swiftly through effective crisis management to ensure the safety of residents and staff. Oversees daily operations management to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. Maintains strict quality assurance protocols to continuously elevate the standard of care. Coordinates comprehensive staff training programs to promote professional growth and best practices. Guides case management strategies to ensure personalized and effective support for every resident. Required Qualifications Education Holds a bachelor's degree in social work, human services, healthcare administration, or a related field. Experience Demonstrates at least five years of progressive experience in residential management and human services. Shows a proven track record in staff supervision, budget administration, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge/Skills Possesses expert knowledge of residential operations and program development. Applies strong skills in crisis management and quality assurance. Communicates effectively to lead diverse teams and support complex case management needs. Preferred Qualifications Holds a master's degree in a related discipline. Brings specialized certification in healthcare or human services administration. Physical Requirements/Work Conditions Requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods. Involves occasional lifting of materials up to twenty-five pounds.
