Job Description

Barton Community College is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-centered Director of Admissions to lead the admissions and recruitment efforts. Reporting to the Dean of Strategic Enrollment Management, the Director will provide operational leadership for admissions, recruitment, and the transition from inquiry through enrollment. As the Director for Admissions, you will have the opportunity to shape how prospective students experience Barton, lead the admissions team, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and work alongside colleagues across the institution to advance our enrollment goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree, two to five years of similar or related experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Review of completed applications begins immediately.
