Job:
Understand the mission of the school and promote the Augustinian values of VERITAS (Truth), UNITAS (Unity), and CARITAS (Love) . Displays the highest level of ethical and professional behavior and standards. Support for the school's Inclusion Initiative. Assist in scheduling teams and their safe transportation to and from events Site manager at all home games. He/she will be required to be the primary game administrator at home athletic functions (programs, officials, schedule for programs, money boxes, wristbands, clerical duties at all regional and state tournaments, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the school and the Director of Athletics in the completion of their work activities. Prepare, present and maintain the Athletic Schedules. Prepare, present and maintain athletic facilities schedule. May be responsible for addressing general concerns for both students and parents. Responsible for ensuring that all school related events are in proper synchronization with the general school calendar and provide proper planning to assure success for scheduled events. May be responsible for representing the school at local league and State athletic meetings in the absence of the Athletic Director. Provides leadership to coaching staff in identifying program strengths and weaknesses. Communicate to parents, coaches and students any changes or updates to schedules. Update and maintain all Athletics social media accounts. Work closely with the Athletic Trainers in reference to eligibility and post updated lists online throughout the year. Keep athletic records up to date including student athletic honors, team honors, scholarships. Produce and distribute student athletic awards throughout the 3 sports seasons. Field coaches' questions and/or problems before referring to the Athletic Director. Confirm events with opposing teams including prepare and maintain rosters. Communicate with the media regarding everything athletics (schedule changes, photos and sports information director information). Plan and execute National Letter of Intent Day. Prepare and organize most paperwork required by the NJSIAA. Coordinate meetings, travel and accommodations for athletic teams and events. Respond to a wide variety of inquiries from internal and external parties (e.g. staff, parents, students, public agencies, etc.). Coordinate and execute preseason athletic facility checks with the Director of Facilities. May be asked to teach up to two classes. Perform other such duties as requested by the Director of Athletics.

From $50,000.00 per year
