Director of Admissions As an Admissions/Marketing Director, you will be responsible for building and managing the center's patient census. You will generate new resident and patient admissions by sourcing, opening and maintaining accounts with insurers, community organizations, hospitals, and will oversee the admitting process. Responsibilities Connect daily with potential referral sources including hospitals, physicians, insurers, case management companies and health care agencies. Provide daily reports to the facility and regional support team. Conduct facility tours for potential guests and families. Conduct admission screenings of potential guests; determine level of care, services required, equipment needs, and insurance coverage as needed. Welcome guest and family upon admission.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or field OR equivalent in education and applied experience. Three (3+) years Long-Term Care, Healthcare Admissions, Social Services or related Healthcare professional experience strongly preferred. Must be familiar with medical terminology. Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license and have flexibility to travel throughout the local area as needed.
