Days Requirements:

Candidates must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) Principal or Supervisor Certification in one of the following areas: School Principal (Tier I or Tier II), Elementary Principal (Tier I or Tier II), Secondary Principal (Tier I or Tier II), Elementary Principal, Elementary Supervisor, Secondary Principal, or Secondary Supervisor supplemented by at least three years of teaching and/or administrative experience. May require a valid state driver's license.

Description:

This position is responsible for administering a model of prevention/intervention services which consists of multiple initiatives designed to reduce risk behaviors in adolescents and youth and to facilitate successful social and academic growth; coordinates activities with various community agencies; assists with school attendance laws, bullying prevention and awareness, referrals for alcohol and other drug violations; performs related professional and administrative duties as required. This position is under limited supervision
