Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated female Elementary School Teacher to inspire and educate young learners in a vibrant classroom environment of all girls. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy education, math, physical education, and library services. Design differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those requiring special education support or working with individuals with disabilities. Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management strategies and conflict management techniques to create a positive learning environment. Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative evaluations; provide constructive feedback and academic advising to support continuous improvement. Incorporate instructional design principles to foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students. Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, lesson planning, and integrating innovative teaching methods such as Montessori or preschool experience techniques. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; advanced certifications or coursework in early childhood education or childhood development are preferred. Proven classroom experience in elementary education, including preschool or toddler care settings; private school experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and the use of learning technology tools such as LMS platforms. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of varying ages, including those requiring special education or behavior management support. Excellent communication skills for engaging with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. Experience in tutoring or instructional coaching that promotes student growth and confidence. Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
