Teachers in Training receive valuable practical classroom experience, while receiving theoretical expertise through enrollment in a credentialing program (outside of Navigator). Teachers in Training are supported and coached in the Navigator model, will be prepared to transition to a classroom teacher role and deliver an exceptional educational experience to every child that walks through our doors.
