Job Description

Inspire young learners and foster academic growth as a General Education Teacher serving elementary students, with opportunities across K-1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades. This contract position is perfect for passionate educators who excel in math, science, ELA, and social studies, creating engaging lessons for multiple subjects. Help students develop a strong educational foundation through creative instruction and supportive classroom management.
Available positions include:
Three openings for 3rd and 4th grade classrooms One opening each in K-1st and 2nd grade Ideal candidates will have a proven commitment to supporting each child's unique learning path and collaborating with colleagues to create a positive educational environment.
Qualifications:
Valid certification for K-3 or K-5 teaching (required) Previous experience teaching general education, with skill in Math, Science, Social Studies, and ELA Ability to cultivate a nurturing, inclusive classroom culture Strong communication skills, both with students and fellow staff Willingness to engage in the school community and support school-wide initiatives Key responsibilities: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans across core academic areas Assess and track student progress to inform instruction Foster student engagement through innovative teaching methods Collaborate with grade-level teams and specialists Maintain regular communication with families regarding student progress Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities This role follows a consistent daily schedule, approximately 7.25 hours each day from 8:20 am to 3:45 pm, providing stability throughout the school year.
