Job Overview We are looking for a passionate, patient, and energetic S.A.M. Coach to support students in developing strong foundations in Mathematics and English . The Coach will work closely with students using the S.A.M. learning methodology, providing individualized guidance while encouraging students to become confident, independent learners. Responsibilities Conduct S.A.M. Mathematics and English lessons according to established curriculum and teaching methodology. Guide students through worksheets and learning activities, providing support when required. Monitor students' progress and identify areas requiring additional practice or reinforcement. Correct students' work promptly and provide appropriate guidance to address errors. Encourage students to think independently and develop effective problem-solving skills. Teach and reinforce mathematical concepts, calculation skills, and problem-solving strategies. Support English development including reading, comprehension, vocabulary, grammar, spelling, and writing. Maintain a positive, structured, and engaging classroom environment. Manage multiple students working at different levels simultaneously. Complete student progress records and communicate relevant observations to the center management. Prepare for lessons by reviewing assigned worksheets and understanding expected learning outcomes. Follow S.A.M. policies, procedures, and instructional standards consistently. Communicate professionally and positively with parents when required.
