Job Description

There are multiple Branches of Elite Prep - Southlake, Plano, Flower Mound, and Austin Are you looking for an incredible and unforgettable teaching experience? Elite Teachers are personable individuals who genuinely care about students, who can teach and motivate students to achieve their academic goals. In addition, they should be detail-oriented, stable team-players who work well with our staff and director. We are looking to hire full-time/part-time. Training and fully annotated curriculum will be provided! Other "at-home tutoring" companies will try to entice you with a promise of high compensation at the outset. But the reality is, they require you to expend valuable time and exorbitant gas mileage to travel miles from home-to-home for a random 1-2 hour stint in an unfamiliar setting. Trust us, our staff members who have tried both will attest that Elite is WAY better. Our branch can provide teachers with consistent back-to-back hours (even full-time) in a professional setting with amazing staff support and all the necessary teaching amenities. Moreover, teachers can continue to hone and develop their gifts with an invaluable true classroom experience, in addition to welcomed opportunities for 1-on-1 support!

Personalized attention from a caring staff providing academic counseling tailored to each student's needs. A top-flight faculty with a passion for teaching and extensive experience in their fields. A stimulating, challenging environment that instills self-confidence and discipline. Emphasis on mastery of core skills in mathematics, critical reading, and writing. An internationally recognized, cutting-edge curriculum developed and updated by leading educators. Why Elite Prep? We are the BEST in the business.
