We need adaptable individuals who can foster curiosity, confidence, and teamwork—whether leading young secret agents, budding scientists, or aspiring chefs—while providing a structured, fun, and safe environment! Programs & Descriptions Art Adventures Art Adventures invites young artists to explore painting and drawing through guided projects like self-portraits, silhouette creatures, and textured paintings. Students develop technical skills, motor control, and design awareness while experimenting with techniques and expressing creativity. Experience in elementary education, STEM, science, cooking, child development, or a related field.

A passion for encouraging curiosity and creative expression while maintaining a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom.
The Soft Skills:
Patience, adaptability, classroom management, and strong communication with students, parents, and school staff. Requirements Minimum 2 years of college education. At least 1 year of experience working with elementary-aged children (Grades 1-5). Ability to confidently manage a classroom of up to 20 students. Must pass background checks and a TB test. Reliable transportation to program locations. Ability to lift and carry program supplies (up to 20 lbs.).
Compensation & Logistics Pay Rate:
$25.00 to $30.00 per hour
