For more than 26 years, we have provided on-site educational services in hospitals, helping these school-age patients continue their education during treatment and reintegrate successfully into the classroom. With a network of over 200 educators, we strive to make a positive impact for generations to come. Job Overview Currently, we are seeking passionate and creative teachers to join our team. For the 26-27 school year, we have 2 different positions available in Southern Connecticut locations. These positions are Part Time, 8:00-12:00pm, Mon-Fri following a school year calendar with scheduled breaks and paid time off. Locations are in Stamford and Fairfield. These unique positions will involve working in a fast-paced behavioral health facility, providing academic support to adolescent school-age patients in a small classroom setting as they receive treatment. In the role of a LearnWell teacher, you will have the opportunity to plan and deliver daily lesson plans, provide individualized assistance to students, and regularly communicate about student progress as needed. Additionally, you will monitor and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success and maintain accurate attendance and session reports. Most of our class sizes range from 8 to 15 school-age patients at any one time. Qualifications:

$28.00 per hour
