King seeks an After School Care Provider to care for King students from ages 3 to 10.

Hours:

daily, Monday-Friday, 2:45-5:30 pm Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Organizing and leading activities for students of various ages, i.e. arts and crafts, games. Supervising homework time for older students. Supervising indoor and outdoor activities, in the gym and on the playground. Must have a caring and loving demeanor. Will work well with others and take direction from After School Care Coordinator.

Requirements:

Infant/Child CPR-AED and First Aid Certification - King will provide. Prior experience working with young children. Must be able to communicate with parents about their child's afternoon. Demonstrated competence in racial literacy and intersectional aspects that impact adolescent development, including but not limited to gender identity, socio-economic resources, sexual orientation, and ability. Cross-cultural competency, ability to communicate, work, teach and learn in a diverse community of students and staffulty. Experience working as part of a team. Excellent communication skills and ability to constructively collaborate with colleagues. Must have a demonstrated alignment with King's Mission, Virtues, and Diversity Policy.
