Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Lead VPK Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for childhood development and education, with experience in curriculum development and behavior management.
  • Duties:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in line with the curriculum
  • Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children
  • Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and students
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress
  • Incorporate physical education and tutoring into the classroom
  • Oversee classroom activities and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in a daycare, private school, or similar setting
  • Strong background in childhood development and classroom management
  • Proficiency in curriculum development and implementation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups
  • Skills Required or Preferred:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Experience in daycare or childhood education settings
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles
  • Familiarity with curriculum development practices
  • Proficiency in behavior management techniques
