Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated After School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess a strong background in childhood development.
Responsibilities:
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
  • Utilize effective behavior management techniques to support student learning
  • Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress
  • Supervise Children ages 5-12yrs old
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or higher
  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a daycare, Montessori, or special education setting
  • Strong understanding of childhood development and early childhood education principles
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
