Responsibilities:

• Educate and inspire students in a specific subject area
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Provide individualized instruction and support to students
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate instructional activities
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject matter being taught
• Experience in early childhood education or related field
• Ability to provide tutoring or additional support to students as needed
• Excellent classroom management skills to create a structured learning environment
• Knowledge of childcare practices and the ability to create a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Experience in sports coaching or extracurricular activities is a plus
• Ability to connect with and engage children of different ages and backgrounds
• Previous experience in babysitting or working with children in informal settings is beneficial
• Familiarity with theater or performing arts can enhance teaching methods
