Available Tiers & Qualifications We are hiring for Full-Time positions. Candidates will be classified into one of the following DCFS tiers based on education and experience: Director Qualified Float Minimum of 60 college credit hours. At least 21 credit hours must be in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development. Teacher Qualified Float Minimum of 60 college credit hours with at least 6 credit hours in ECE or Child Development, OR hold a current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. Teacher's Aide Float High school diploma or GED equivalent.

All employees must successfully complete a comprehensive background check upon hire.
