Job Description

KinderCare is seeking a dedicated Teacher for North Salisbury Elementary School to nurture and inspire young learners. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support each child's academic and social-emotional growth. You will create a safe, inclusive classroom, collaborate closely with families and staff, and contribute to a positive school culture. Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons for elementary students. Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Collaborate with staff to support school-wide initiatives and student success. Incorporate Kinder Care's early childhood philosophy and best practices into daily instruction. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student documentation. Implement classroom management strategies that promote positive behavior and respect.
