Supervise students to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Encourage student participation through hands-on activities and interactive instruction. Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline using positive reinforcement techniques. Communicate professionally with parents, school staff, and program coordinators as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Fine Arts, Mathematics, or Science). Experience in teaching, tutoring, or education is highly desirable. Patience and the ability to work with students of diverse learning styles. Demonstrated ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs. Must be able to commit to the class schedule. Must have reliable personal transportation. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the class location. Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
