2026/2027 Academic Year This position is supported either partially or fully through grant funding. Continued employment in this role is contingent upon the availability of such funding. If the grant funding is reduced, discontinued, or eliminated, the position may be reduced or eliminated accordingly.

Required :

Bachelor's Degree in Education and a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate as required by

MDE Preferred:

Reading Specialist (BR) English/Language Arts (BQ, BA, BX, BR, BT) Mathematics (EQ, EX)

Salary/Benefits:

Commensurate with credentials and level of experience and in accordance with MPS salary schedule.

Starting range:

$53,887 - $78,454 Medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability insurance coverage offered. Eligible for Michigan ORS retirement plan for public school employees. Paid time off includes ten (10) sick leave days, three (3) personal days, and two (2) professional improvement days.
