Job Title:

Teacher Duties:

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
• Assess student performance and provide feedback on their progress
• Utilize different teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
• Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student welfare
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
• Provide tutoring or additional supports to students who require it

Qualifications:

• Previous childcare experience recommended but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail All teachers must be CPR certified within 90 days hired date.

Salary:

Lead teachers will start at 17.50 and will receive a $1 raise after 3 months.

Schedule:

We are looking for people to fill a variety of shifts as we have an after school program as well as occasional overnights. Our shifts include but not limited to

M-F 7-4, 8-5, 10
