Job Title:
Teacher Duties:
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Assess student performance and provide feedback on their progress
- Utilize different teaching methods and resources to engage students in the learning process
- Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student welfare
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives
- Provide tutoring or additional supports to students who require it
Qualifications:
- Previous childcare experience recommended but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail All teachers must be CPR certified within 90 days hired date.
