Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Float Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves supporting lead teachers in implementing educational programs, engaging with students, and promoting their social, emotional, and academic development. Responsibilities Assist lead teachers in planning and executing daily lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Provide support in the classroom by helping to manage student behavior and facilitate learning activities. Engage toddlers in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math skills, and overall development. Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective curriculum strategies that enhance student learning. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning. Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Requirements Experience or knowledge in childcare, daycare settings, or working with toddlers is preferred. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for educating young children.
