Shift Details:

It is 40hr/wk, 7:15a-3:30p Student Population (Elem, Middle, HS): Elementary & Middle School Foreign Language Teacher (K-8). This would be a special areas class for

• Mandarin
• The Elementary and Middle School Foreign Language Teacher provides specialized instruction in foreign languages. This role involves creating engaging, hands-on lessons that enhance students' educational experience. Teacher

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a curriculum for foreign languages. Engage students in interactive, project-based learning experiences. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Foster a supportive and collaborative classroom environment. Participate in school-wide events and activities. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student development. Maintain accurate records of student performance. Any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred. Valid South Carolina teaching certification

REQUIRED.

Experience teaching foreign language at the elementary and/or middle school leve Strong communication and classroom management skills. Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents
