Job Description

Middle School/High School Spanish Teacher - Part-Time We are seeking a part-time Middle School/High School Spanish Teacher for the upcoming school year. This position is for Mondays only and is ideal for a qualified teacher who enjoys working with students in a Christ-centered academic environment. Gracewood Academy is a Christian, part-time homeschool partnership program that serves students and families by providing strong academics, meaningful relationships, and a supportive school community. We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about teaching Spanish, enjoys engaging students, and is committed to helping students grow academically and personally.
Position Details:
This is a part-time teaching position on Mondays. The teacher will be responsible for teaching middle school and/or high school Spanish classes, preparing lessons, communicating clearly with students and parents, and supporting the mission and values of Gracewood Academy.
Responsibilities Include:
Planning and teaching engaging Spanish lessons for middle school and high school students Creating a positive, structured, and encouraging classroom environment Preparing assignments, assessments, and grades in a timely manner Communicating with parents and school administration as needed Supporting the Christian mission and values Encouraging students to grow in both confidence and skill
Qualifications:
Experience teaching Spanish preferred Strong knowledge of Spanish language instruction Ability to teach and manage middle school and high school students effectively Clear communication and organizational skills A heart for students and families
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
