After School Teachers Elite Learning is looking for caring, dependable, and energetic After School Teachers who enjoy working with children and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where students can learn, grow, and thrive. Work Schedule Monday-Thursday:

2:30 PM-6:00 PM Friday (Early Dismissal): 12:30 PM-6:00 PM Part-time | School-year schedule This position is a great fit for college students, aspiring educators, retirees, and professionals looking for meaningful part-time work. Minimum Eligibility Requirements Please review these requirements carefully before applying: Must be at least 18 years old Must have already graduated from high school High school diploma or equivalent is required Current high school students who have not yet graduated are not eligible for this position Must be able to pass a criminal background check and required fingerprinting Must be willing to obtain First Aid/CPR certification if not currently certified Must be able to actively participate in indoor and outdoor activities with children Must be dependable and able to consistently work the scheduled hours What You'll DoCreate Fun and Educational Experiences Lead engaging activities, games, STEM projects, arts and crafts, and enrichment activities Provide homework assistance and encourage academic success Promote creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and positive social development Adapt activities to meet students' interests and developmental needs Provide a Safe and Positive Environment Supervise students and ensure their safety and well-being Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child feels valued Encourage positive behavior, confidence, communication, and social skills Follow all school and Elite Learning safety and program procedures Build Meaningful Relationships Develop positive relationships with students, families, and school staff Communicate professionally with parents and team members Work collaboratively with other staff to provide a high-quality after-school experience Be a Positive Role Model Demonstrate patience, kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm Encourage students through positive reinforcement and respectful communication Serve as a dependable and supportive role model for children Continue Growing Participate in required training and professional development Learn new teaching strategies, activities, and youth-development practices Build experience in education, child development, and classroom management Preferred Qualifications The following experience is a plus, but not required: Previous experience working with children Experience in after-school programs, childcare, camps, tutoring, or classrooms Coursework in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field Experience leading children's activities or educational programs Why Join Elite Learning?
