What You'll Do Create a safe, fun, structured environment where kids can learn, play, and thrive Lead activities using our nationally recognized curriculum Build strong relationships with families Support your team, model best practices, and mentor new teachers Collaborate with school staff, licensing, and your Champions leadership team Bring joy, consistency, and creativity to our program daily What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Experience working with children (preferred) CDA, Associate, or Bachelor's in Early Childhood (preferred but not required ) CPR/First Aid ( or willingness to obtain - we will pay for training classes ) Ability to lift 40 lbs., be active, and supervise children safely A positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude! Where You'll Work We're hiring across multiple Champions locations in the Howard-Suamico School District. You will have a home location based on the best-fit but will remain flexible to support the district. Roles typically average 25-35 hours/week , with optional extra hours during full-day programs. There is flexibility to work less hours to support only one portion of our programs or work more hours depending on your skill-set and area needs. Ready to Join Our Team?
