To assist the Division of Art Education faculty members in running an effective program in Art Education at the School of Art.
Career Readiness Competencies :
Career & Self-Development Critical Thinking Teamwork Oversee and maintain the organization/cleanliness of the ARTE rooms and first aid kits. Monitor ARTE inventory, inform the division of supply order needs, and assist in ordering supplies. Maintain the organization of various teacher resources (visuals, books, bulletin boards, kilns, etc.). Assist faculty members with various course preparations. Oversee and maintain ARTE Social Media for Saturday Art (Instagram & Facebook). Work the registration table for the Saturday Art program once per semester. Take pictures of Saturday Art students while they are teaching (10 Saturdays in a row). Federal Work Study Eligible Students Only. You must complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to apply for Federal Work Study. The Student Financial Aid office determines your eligibility for aid, and notifies you in writing. If FWS is not included on your "Notice of Financial Aid Eligibility" and you are interested in this job, contact Student Financial Aid at (419) 372-2651, as you may be eligible to have FWS added to your award "package." Responsible, punctual, reliable, and organized. Professional and a good communicator (with students, parents, children, & BGSU faculty members / staff). Self-motivated and innovative. A good student and an effective manager. The student must maintain the job schedule that is agreed upon with the ARTE Division. The student must understand and comply with the necessity to communicate effectively with the Division.
