If you excel at organization and communication, and thrive in a team setting, we warmly encourage you to apply. --- Key Responsibilities & Qualifications Support the director with daily gallery and personal tasks Manage schedules, calendars, and appointments with clarity and consistency Coordinate daily tasks, reminders, and follow-ups across multiple projects Conduct targeted research and synthesize information to support planning Maintain clear documentation, summaries, and task tracking Collaborate with team members and take initiative to ensure smooth operations Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to prioritize tasks effectively Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to handle shifting priorities Proficiency in Cantonese is preferred but not required Schedule & Work Environment In-person position at our Pasadena location. 8-hour shifts, with weekend availability required only occasionally. •Applicants based near Pasadena, CA 91106 are preferred.
