Director of Family Ministries (Part-Time) About the Role St. Paul's Ocean Grove Church is a dynamic church with a unique ministry context, gathering indoors for 35 weeks of the year and outdoors on the boardwalk for Beach Church each summer. We are seeking a highly relational, organized, and motivated self-starter to serve as our Family Ministries Director; someone passionate about raising the next generation and empowering volunteers to make a lasting Kingdom impact. This individual will provide visionary leadership and pastoral care for our Next Gen Ministries, overseeing Anchored Kids (Nursery-5th Grade) and Anchored Students (6th-12th Grade). The right candidate will cultivate a thriving ministry culture where children, students, parents, and volunteers are known, loved, discipled, and equipped to grow in their faith.
