Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Piano Instructor to inspire students of all ages and skill levels through engaging, innovative, and personalized music education. As a vital member of our creative arts team, you will foster a love for music, develop tailored lesson plans, and guide students in mastering the art of piano playing. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help cultivate confidence, discipline, and artistic growth in every student you teach. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by sharing your musical talents and teaching skills with a diverse community. Duties Design and implement comprehensive piano curricula tailored to individual student needs, skill levels, and learning goals Deliver engaging lessons that incorporate music theory, sight-reading, technique, improvisation, and performance skills Manage classroom environments effectively to promote positive behavior, focus, and active participation among students of all ages Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to motivate students and track their progress over time Collaborate with parents, guardians, or program coordinators to ensure a supportive learning environment and address individual student needs Experience Proven experience teaching piano or other musical instruments in educational settings or private lessons Strong background in curriculum development for music education across various age groups Experience working with children and youth programs, including early childhood education or preschool settings Familiarity with classroom management techniques to foster respectful and productive learning spaces Demonstrated ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate creative arts instruction and adapt to diverse learning styles Join us as a Piano Instructor and bring your passion for music and the arts into an inspiring environment where creativity flourishes!
Pay:
$25.00 - $42.00 per hour
