Job Description

5th/6th Grade Music Teacher (One Year Only)

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Instruction and Supervision of students Knowledgeable in classroom management Be a role model for students Write the outcomes of courses taught Attend conferences and workshops to keep current Help monitor hallways and school grounds Be involved in after-school and extracurricular activities Keep accurate classroom records Work as a team member This position requires regular and reliable in-person attendance

TEACHING QUALIFICATIONS

: Michigan Certification and Endorsements for appropriate grade levels Must meet all of the NCLB qualifications
