Job Description

We are offering 2 different options for this position: Part-time JH/HS and Part-time Elementary or Full-time PK-12 Position Summary The Teacher is responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing instruction that supports student learning and growth. This role creates a positive, inclusive classroom environment, collaborates with colleagues and families, and upholds school policies and academic standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs Assess student progress using formative and summative methods Maintain a safe, structured, and inclusive classroom environment Provide timely feedback to students and families Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and administrators Participate in professional development and school meetings Maintain accurate records (attendance, grades, documentation) Support students' social-emotional and behavioral development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required) Valid teaching license or certification (required) Classroom teaching experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and families Commitment to equity, inclusion, and student-centered learning Preferred Skills & Attributes Experience with curriculum planning and assessment Classroom management expertise Comfort using educational technology Collaborative and reflective teaching approach
