Duties Design and deliver comprehensive music lessons across multiple instruments, tailored to students' individual needs and skill levels Develop innovative curricula that incorporate diverse musical styles, techniques, and genres to keep students motivated Manage environments effectively, ensuring a positive, respectful space conducive to learning Provide personalized lessons to reinforce skills and address specific challenges faced by students Organize and lead recitals to celebrate student achievements and boost confidence Collaborate with parents to track progress and set achievable goals for each student Skills Expertise in teaching drums and other instruments Proven experience in teaching diverse age groups—from early childhood education to adult learners Experience in teaching students individually or in group settings with patience and encouragement Excellent communication skills for working effectively with students, parents, and coworkers Join us in shaping the next generation of musicians by fostering creativity, discipline, and a lifelong love of music!
