SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION

This position will assist the Music and Arts Program at Geneva Corps held weekly Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Corps Music Program Organize a weekly music program at Geneva Corps in conjunction with Corps Officer and/or Local Officer Identify a minimum of 5 students to participate in private lessons and/or rehearsals Work with the Divisional Music Department to identify proper curriculum and music Make all copies of materials needed for classes and lessons Identify potential volunteers with the help of Corps Officers and/or Local Officer, securing their proper training Plan weekly work, lesson, and rehearsal schedule in conjunction with the Corps Officer and/or Local Officer Set up a performance schedule for students involved Meet weekly with Corps Officer Prepare solos and group performances for Star Search competition participants
