for this position , we require a bachelor's degree and experience in teaching music at either the adult or child level.

Required Shift:

Wednesday 8:30am

• 1:30pm or 8:00am
• 1:00pm Thursday 8:30am
• 11:30am or 8:00am
• 11:00am

Compensation:

Our Hiring Process:

Resume screen Phone screen with recruiter (30 minutes) On-site interview with Center Director (30-60 minutes) Q&A Classroom observation

Offer Main Job Responsibilities:

Design and implement music lessons that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for young children, using a variety of instruments, songs, and movement activities. Introduce students to fundamental music concepts such as rhythm, melody, and tempo in a fun and age-appropriate way. Foster a joyful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, and participation. Collaborate with classroom teachers and administrative staff to integrate music into the Montessori curriculum. Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student participation and progress. Set up and maintain all classroom musical instruments and materials in an organized and safe manner. Physical ability to work with small children, including sitting, standing, walking, and singing for extended periods.
